  10. Track, Organize and Catalog your personal/office possessions for insurance
  11. purposes, net worth or just for being able to locate your belongings.
  12. Enter a multitude of information about your personal possessions in an 
  13. extremely easy and straight forward fashion including the following items:
  14. Category, Location, Owner, Item, Brand, Model, Serial #, Quantity, Date
  15. Purchased, Where Purchased, ID Marks, Warranty, Warranty Expiration Date, 
  16. Warranty Notes, Cost, Value, Replacement Cost and Comments/Description. 
  17. Modify the Category, Location and Owner lists to your personal liking.  
  18. Advanced search facility gives you the ability to search on the Item Name,
  19. Brand, Serial #, Description, Location, Category, Owner and Warranty.
  20. Create 1 line, 2 line, multi-line and value summary reports sorted by Item,
  21. Location, Category or Owner.  Reports can be narrowed down to one Category 
  22. Location or Owner.  Optionally include insurance information on the reports
  23. including insurance company, policy number, date of printout, and more.

  25. SmartTracker Inventory features a scrollable Viewer similar in appearance to a
  26. spreadsheet layout which lists the database elements.  The viewer will
  27. grow and shrink with the size of the window. CONFIGURE the Viewer to your
  28. personal preference.  Select only those database elements that you plan
  29. on using or that you want to see to appear in the viewer.  Specify the 
  30. order in which they appear and specify the space to allocate to each
  31. element.  Advanced search options places items matching search criteria
  32. into the Viewer.  Ascii delimited import/export operations are available
  33. with complete configurability on which items and in which order to import
  34. or export.  Limit exports to only those items found in a search.  Configure
  35. the colors for all elements of the windows for all windows or for specific
  36. windows.  DESIGN your own reports!  Add as many report layouts as you like.
  37. Select either a 90 column report for large legible reports or a 120 column 
  38. report to pack as much information on the page as possible.  Each database 
  39. element can be spread out over a maximum of 12 lines.  Place labels, blanks
  40. and database items where you want them to be.  Allocate the desired space 
  41. for the labels, blanks and database items.  Optionally add up to 3 header 
  42. lines to appear on each page.  Optionally place totals which will appear 
  43. after each report group and at the end of the report.  Optionally place 
  44. page numbers on each page.  For one line reports (columns of data), 
  45. optionally choose to have automatic column headers placed on the report.
  46. Choose from among any True Type font that is on your system.  View reports 
  47. on screen or send to printer or ascii file.  Print one page or entire
  48. report.
